REFUND POLICY – DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are FINAL and we do NOT offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been downloaded or delivered.

By making a purchase in our store, the customer agrees that:

• You are purchasing a downloadable digital product
• No physical product will be shipped
• Files will be available immediately after payment.

• Digital files cannot be returned.

EXCEPTIONS
Assistance or replacement will only be provided in the following cases:

• The file has a verifiable technical error.
• The download link is broken.
• The file does not correspond to the purchased product.

In these cases, we will offer:

• Replacement with the correct file.
• Technical support for downloading.
• New delivery of the product.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED for:

• Customer error during purchase.
• Lack of knowledge regarding the file's use.
• Incompatibility with the buyer's software.
• Change of mind.
